We are currently experiencing some processing lag that is causing trackback counts on the Topsy Retweet Button and Topsy site to be inaccurate. We are actively working on the problem and expect it to be resolved shortly. Once resolved, all counts should return to normal.

In order to bring new capacity online we will be performing a planned maintenance on button.topsy.com at 3pm PST today. We anticipate that this maintenance will be complete by 5pm PST. During this maintenance window, trackback counts for the button may not display or may display inaccurately. When the transition is complete, trackback counts will display as normal. We experienced hardware failure this afternoon that led to a brief outage on http://topsy.com and to the Topsy API Otter. All services have recovered and we do not expect any further service interruption as a result of this failure.
