A maintenance activity unexpectedly caused a brief service interruption. A workaround has been deployed and no further interruptions are expected from this maintenance operation.

We had an otter outage this morning from 0600 to 1045.  The service has been restored.  We are currently diagnosing the underlying cause for this outage.

Otter, Button and Topsy are all stable and results are current.  

A minor upgrade operation is underway. Current search results should return by 1330 PST.

Topsy Ops

We are experiencing intermittent failures on button and otter.  Topsy's operations team is working towards a comprehensive resolution of these failures, but the failure conditions are likely to occur for next 48 hours as we provision more infrastructure.
