We've recovered from the brief issue that lasted from 7:20PM to 9:05PM. Retweet counts are now updating live.
Retweet Button counts are not updating as of 7:35pm PST. A fix is underway, and once resolved counts will update as normal.
We are performing planned network maintenance on our datacenter network the afternoon of 12/20 from 12pm PST to 6pm PST. Intermittent outages are possible during this time.

The retweet counts are not updating on button as of 5:10. We are fixing the issue. All tweets are being collected and will be counted once this issue is resolved.
Topsy experienced network degradation today for approximately 10 minutes beginning at 15:30 PST, causing slowness in query response for topsy.com, button.topsy.com, and otter.topsy.com. This issue has been resolved.
Otter API performance has returned to normal.
