We've recovered from our hardware failure, and counts on the Topsy Retweet Button are displaying as normal. Oh, Mondays.

We're currently recovering from a hardware failure in our of our backend systems. Counts on the Topsy Retweet Button may not be displaying or may be lagged while we resolve this issue. We expect to be recovered within the next 15 to 30 minutes.

We experienced a brief outage for about 10 minutes today between 12:50pm and 1pm PDT which caused intermittent connectivity failures to Topsy and the Topsy Retweet Button. All services have returned to normal.
